Alumni Weekend is here! Join us for a weekend of camp-filled fun. Our theme this year is Gathering in Gratitude.

Here's what you can expect during alumni weekend!

-Some good ole Pinecrest traditions like vespers and spiritual horizons around the campfire

-Team building activities and maybe a relay race or two

-Thoughtful group discussion surrounding our faith formation

-Reconnecting with friends from camp and making new camp friendships

spanning Pinecrest's 97 years!

MEALS: Your registration fee also covers meals which will be provided by the Alumni Association - including 2 continental breakfasts, 1 catered lunch, and 1 catered dinner. Should you have any dietary restrictions of food allergies, please include them in your registration. Johnsonburg is a nut free camp. Attendees are encouraged to bring nut free snacks to share throughout the weekend!

THE LODGE: Your $200 registration includes 2 nights in Johnsonburg's Retreat Lodge. The Lodge features 6 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms in the hall, along with a large common room and kitchenette. The heated lodge has central air, ceiling fans and a cast iron wood burning chimney stove in the common room. The kitchenette includes a sink, refrigerator, full stove, coffee maker, and microwave. The carpeted bedrooms have 2-5 single beds with Tempurpedic mattresses. Rooming will be assigned to accommodate all attendees, you will be sharing a bedroom. Wifi is available and cell reception depends on your service. Parking is located near the lodges. Linens and towels are not provided for the weekend.

CABINS: Should registered attendees exceed the maximum capacity in the Retreat Lodge, additional housing will be offered in Johnsonburg's Cabins. The Cabins have 4 bunk beds, two doors, two large dressers, and cubbies. The Cabins lack heating or air conditioning and if lodging in the cabins you will need to use Johnsonburg's public bath houses that are not attached to the cabins. You will not be assigned to the Cabins if you do not want to be, but housing for the Lodge is on a first come, first serve basis. If you are open to staying in a cabin should the lodge exceed capacity, please check the box on your registration. You will know prior to Alumni Weekend if you will be assigned to a cabin to pack accordingly. Should you be assigned to staying in a cabin for the weekend, you will be entitled to a partial refund of the $200 registration fee.
